I would love to help you with this part of your wellness journey.  I  have 25 plus years of experience working with individuals and teaching classes. With an advanced degree in Counseling Psychology, I use these skills to motivate and encourage my clients to reach their health goals.  My approach is compassionate, realistic, & motivating.

Nutrition & Healthy Mind 
Packages  $495

With our nutrition & wellness goals sometimes it's beyond knowing what to do and even beyond the "accountability & behavioral strategies".  Sometimes there is a deeper piece that we can tap into for better success ~ digging deeper into the psychology and the emotional part of taking good care of our nutrition & wellness.  

 

Body confidence and the emotional side of stress eating or cravings is another area we can support.  Critical negative thoughts or excess food noise can either leave us stuck not meeting our health goals or can overwhelm us with anxiety.

 

On the biological side of things, good nutrition and specific nutrients play a role in supporting our neurotransmitters that regulate mood, sleep, hormones, cravings, and motivation.  We can determine if you are deficient in these nutrients with a clinical conversation, symptom discussion, food journaling, or lab testing. 

 

Jen has been working in this area for years and can do some great detective work with her years of experience, her clinical nutrition degree, and Masters in Counseling Psychology.

 

Whether you’re looking to dig deeper into the nutrients needed to support anxiety, depression, memory, ADHD, food cravings, or discover a healthier relationship with food ~ this Nutrition & Healthy Mind Package is a great start.

5 - 1 hour visits total

FIRST:    Jen will create the best Nutrition recommendations to support your metabolism, sleep, brain chemistry, and overall health goals along with resources for easy meal planning. 

(2-3 visits) 

​

SECOND:    You will meet with one of our mental health practitioners - (2-3 visits) You can read about them below and decide your best fit after meeting with Jen or indicate on our intake form your preference - they are all fantastic!
